Janet Duffy
BiographyJanet Duffy has been involved in the healthcare field for over 30 years. Ms. Duffy joined RAS in 1986 as a MRI Tech, shortly after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. Ms. Duffy continued to advance within RAS, holding such positions of leadership as MRI/CT Chief Tech at three downtown imaging locations, Site Supervisor at Auburn Imaging, Manager of Operations for the Diagnostic Division, CME/Credentialing Administrator, and Compliance/Risk Management Administrator. Ms. Duffy also served on RAS’ Diagnostic Division Quality Assessment/Quality Improvement Committee for 12 years.
As Multi-Specialty Director, Ms. Duffy oversees eight medical offices employing 15 physicians and 65 medical and administrative staff. RAS’ Multi-Specialty Division encompasses urology, hematology and medical oncology, gynecologic oncology, and thoracic and vascular surgery.
Ms. Duffy is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA). She served on RBMA’s Programs Committee for five years.
Ms. Duffy serves as a volunteer mentor for Wonder, an organization supporting foster children, and enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, and cooking.

RAS Executive Committee
Radiological Associates of Sacramento (RAS) is owned by a group of physicians, and is guided by an experienced Leadership Team. The team oversees all operations of RAS, monitors the latest developments in medical research, and keeps current with advancements in technology. Additionally, the RAS Leadership Team tracks state and federal legislation and regulatory changes that are important to medical practitioners and patients.
The RAS Administrative Team consists of the Executive Vice President; the Chief Financial Officer; the Chief Operations Officers of the Radiation Oncology Division, and Diagnostic/Nuclear Medicine Division; the Chief Information Officer; the director of the Multi-Specialty Division and the Human Resources Director. These individuals oversee the management and daily operations within their respective functional areas.
