Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury Liens
If you have been involved in some type of work-related injury and have a referral for imaging services, you will need to provide Radiological Associates of Sacramento (RAS) with the name, address and telephone number of the workers’ compensation insurance carrier, the claim number, date of injury and the name of your employer at the time of scheduling your appointment. If your service does not require an appointment, please bring this information with you at the time of your visit.
RAS also accepts personal injury liens.
